​We all have heard it before: if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is (Too Good to be True).

Costs can eat away your principal. If you’re in any type of fund or active management of your money then know every fee associated with that fund or that active management.

Even the very few active management entities that outperform the market may under-perform that same market once fees are withdrawn.
